Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email/SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24 hours to update.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

You are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.
If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

Damaged / Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier to file a claim.
You may also contact us with photos, and we'll assist wherever possible.
